Out of the box the Government just could not tell the truth.

Government services are paid for with taxes but NHI is not a tax. Go figure!

Then on top of that some employers are exempt.

Out of the starting gate Government plays it's deceit cards.

I guess we should expect no different.

But we should give the plan a proper review.
