I have hesitated commenting on the Shane Gibson/Anna Nicole Smith debacle but I found the reaction of many of the Cabinet Ministers today insulting.

Those interviewed on Island FM News, to a man (or woman) said they support Mr. Gibson with his statements about his relationship with Ms. Smith.

Meanwhile Mr. Ferguson, Assistant Commissioner of Police, has reportedly been "sent" to head the Police College because he allegedly knew about the plan to have five baggage handlers invited to the United States for training, so they could be arrested for drug smuggling.

What a contradiction. Our leaders can support a disgraced Cabinet colleague, but apparently stand united against a police officer that helped get alleged drug smugglers arrested.
