Time to play the Trump card

The common refrain is the banking system will be hamstrung and will not be able to use international clearing mechanisms.

Really? Would the US allow our country to be brought to a stand still?

Should The Bahamas call their bluff and find out?

With this in mind, watching the offshore sector being decimated by the OECD et al it just might be time to play the Trump Card. That's right, as in Donald Trump.

When George W. Bush called off the dogs the OECD backed down. This was all reversed during the Obama administration, but maybe Trump is looking for another reason to poke his finger in the OECD's eye?

Come on Bahamas, play the Trump card and see what happens.
