Mr. Cooper, Deputy Leader of the Opposition PLP is right to seek answers regarding the higher than projected deficit by the current FNM administration, but it seems patently clear suggested solutions are few and far between. In fact none were offered.
The DPM was also less than forthcoming in the verbal exchange with reasons for the unexpected increase.
The fiscal ship of state remains in tatters with both the PLP and FNM bearing almost equal responsibly for the debt position of the country. Not to mention the high taxes we must bear.
It is time for those elected officials charged with running the government to offer solutions not insult sparring.
