Dear Sir,

Please, enough already with the blame game concerning the weather radar. There are more than enough “smart phones” around that people can check and/or could have checked for themselves what weather conditions are likely to be in an area instead of wasting everybody’s time on “social media”, probably the greatest self-inflicted waste of time known to mankind. My understanding, it is quite simple to programme a smart phone for internet service and then it’s easy enough to access the Weather Channel or the National Hurricane Center.

I have heart-felt sympathy for those who have lost much caused by this hurricane but please do not pass blame to others for any lack of preparation suffered. I do not rely on ZNS nor NB12 but rather I check the afore-mentioned National Hurricane Center web-site every day during the season for news of weather movements.
