Mr. Patrick J. Bethel of Abaco raised considerable discussion on Facebook with this post but several people commented that The Bahamas debt per person is not a problem.
Someone else commented and provided a link to the Bloomberg Best (and Worst) list and under the section of countries with the most government debt per person 58 countries are listed and The Bahamas are about tied with Australia with a debt of approximately $18,000 per person.
So this prompted me to create the simple comparison shown in the image (not scientific).
I'd say we're in too deep.
