Earlier this summer we took the trip of a lifetime.
After saving for a few years we took off on our long planned trip to the headwaters of the Amazon River, for seven amazing days.
While we lived in relative luxury aboard the Delphin II, with an amazing crew from the boat, National Geographic and Lindblad, the days were filled with excursions into the forest, lectures swimming, village visits and more.
We can't recommend it any higher than we do.
Of course we have hundreds of photos but hope these few provide a glimpse into this piece of our vast and incredible planet.

It's doubtful we will ever get to do another trip like this, but we have amazing memories that will remind us of how lucky we were to have such a glorius opportunity.
