As countries in our region get set to celebrate their independence (America July 4, Canada July 1, and The Bahamas of course on July 10) I stumbled across this interesting little read published by National Geographic with contributions from Parks Canada and the US National Park Service.
Of course the US lost to Canada in the war of 1812.
I thought I would throw that in for good measure.
