When we visited Memphis, a couple years back now, we took a tour of the Legendary Sun Studio. While there we picked up Sun Records Ultimate Blues Collection, and what a great buy.
One of my favourites from the 3 CD set recently has been Ain't That Right by Eddie Snow from 1955.

According to last.fm "Eddie Snow developed his chops playing the Memphis music scene of the 1950s. He played with B.B. King and Albert King, and even gave some advice to a young Elvis Presley early in his recording career."
