Gambling: Legalise and TAX it

I note Mr. Christie is now passing the blame for voting "no" in the gaming referendum, last January, on the electorate.

I categorically reject this; if you are looking for a scapegoat, sir, look no further than your own Attorney General's office who could not get the correct wording on the ballot. The ballot paper given to me asked if I wanted to regulate gambling. I suggest you cannot "regulate" an illegal act!

If I had been asked to legalise AND regulate gambling, in all probability I would have voted "yes!" Personally this does not affect me, I have no interest gambling, but if a substantial number of the populace do partake, then legalise it and TAX it!

This makes total sense. Congratulations on an excellent assessment.

I agree, now that would be a income for you Mr.Christie, along with a national lottery. Only thing is I guess that will all be “misappropriated” too.
