What’s the least bad tax system?

The Founder's of the United States preferred a system that would provide the most freedom to their citizens as possible.

As Dr. Folsom points out "politicians choose what taxes we pay depending on political conditions at the moment" with what they refer to as "progressive taxes".

    One can only guess that there is such a thing as a good tax.. Mitt Romney’s 47 percent unengaged class will tell you the best tax is no tax..
