Lawrence W. Reed, President of the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), wrote another wonderful little guide entitled "Privatization".
He also gave a speech here a couple years back for The Nassau Institute on the same subject.
However, it's "silly season" once again and it would do us all good to read it and recommend it to the election candidates.
