The Nassau Guardian recently published my rebuttal to Mr. Jerome Gomez idea that taxpayer funds should be used for venture capital and/or banks should be forced to lend their depositors money for risky ventures.
But what do we do should these ideas be made law?
It begs a further question and Dr. Dan Mitchell answered it in his post from late August entitled, "Are we Obligated to Obey Unjust Laws?"
The bottom line is. And you guessed it. No!
