    Sounds so good; sounds like utopia.. Where on earth does such a paradise exist?? For that matter has it ever ever existed?? Plato contemplated the same issue but came up empty..

    I agree entirely Tradewinds but public policy is headed in the opposite direction all over the world so we should have a better outcome to aim for – and this is it.
