Crime weighs heavily on most people's minds these days and many of us are long on discussion about where the fault lies but few of us offer any ideas on potential solutions, other than hanging will solve everything of course.

For some reason we do not see the need for community involvement and believe that the Police can solve crime alone.

During the discussion I remembered the community grow in New York City that made such an impact several years ago.

This prompted me to do a little research and a quick Google search provided links to the Guardian Angels. Visit their web site here…

In other words, if we choose to remain unengaged and expect crime to solve itself, we're in for a long tough ride.
