You missed out that because of our banking system requirements they likely do not have bank accounts. And also that it is said that a good portion of their “savings’ is sent back to Haiti—thus robbing our economy further (while using our social services for free)

I do not agree they should be given any land, I think Land should be made affordable to those who are interested in investing in our country and also making The Bahamas their home.
Also we need to put a stop to all the free medical care. It’s draining our economy as there are too many taking advantage of it.
If we do not address this in a realistic manner I think we all we see a side of the once thought of calm peaceful people that we wish we hadn’t. Face it, you have kids that were born here grew up here but do not hold a passport for any country. They are nomads. They are not respected in the Bahamas and they know nothing of Haiti.
There is a lot of Frustration in the Haitian Community in the Bahamas today.

Since they are asking others to be sympathetic to the plight of Haiti and its people , then they should set an example and extend the same concession to Haitians as they have done for Cubans.
The Bahamian Defense Force can then escort sloops loaded with Haitian refugees safely through Bahamian waters and properly provision them with survival equipment for their trip across the Gulfstream to their ultimate landfall.
Instead of giving Citizenship to recently arrived immigrants give them residency with the right to work and they can then function legally with most of the rights of Bahamians without being able to vote.
This means that they can live and contribute legally and spend time in Fox Hill free of charge if they deserve it.
The greatest difficulty for every one is when you are illegal your normal rights are not recognized and you are unable to contribute by paying taxes, be counted, own property, and function and be accountable legally.
Those who have been in the country for the required number of years can then qualify with good behavior to apply to be citizens.
The first American sponsored goal is achieved because you will not be sending Haitians back to Haiti and those accepted to stay in the Bahamas are treated humanly to eventually become citizens.

My name is Kenny Bain and I am A Deacon IN the pentecoastal church.It is clear to me that Haitians have a problem and that problem is that the do not know how to live. They have no obblegation to the Bahamian society and the society of basic living (econoics). The come to a country not able to bearly able to feed them self and the real problem is they breed (procreate) uncontrolleably and their for perpetuate the problem of their poverty and will spreed it were ever they go. This is my point would you let any one in to your house or home that doe’s not know to live or (act). It is clear in this Bahamian society that the Hatians are a problem and grevious threath to the Bahamas and the Bahamian people. In the last 15 to 20 years te haitians that are here have bean breathing exponentaly out of controlle to the point that they have first taken over the Bhamian government and most of the Bahamian employment oppertunities. Just check the numbers statistics. They have come to the Bahamas not able to feed them selves and procreated so unconsiderably that they have created a nation of people that can not feed them selves. They have brougth thier curse with them. We would be will to help them for the sake humanity. But you should consider that these are a race of people that do not believe in God . Their religion is satanic and this is with in them. It is a reflection of their way of life which leads to poverty and all that comes with it crime. Check the crime rate, murder rate. The Bahamian meadia doe’s not openly disclosed the fact that most if not all of the crime in the Bahamas are comitted by Hatian nationals or by Jamician nationals. I am sure the United States of America can see that this Bahamas is becoming a Nation of Criminals. And I am makeing it clear to all in this statement that the reason for this is the imagration problem. The USA must have a reason for having us on the Black List. I would like all including the USA take note of those who had to be extradited from the Bahamas to the USA for crimes or drug related maters. It is clear Just check were they originaly came from their firt and true national. Please do this basic back ground check and you will see the criminals are mainly the Jamacians or the Haitians or for that matter mostly imagrants. The POINT is please do not let any one into your house. The Bahamas doe’s not even have a Naturalisation program for imagrants. And this should be a clear sign to any one including the USA and the UN that the Bahamas Government is not capeable and also not compatant enuf to support these imagrants. It is like letting any one into the USA it is a very unwise thing to do. My people perish because of ignorrance. The enemy comes only to kill and distroy. This Bahamas is in Great tropble (Perrel) and we need the assistance of the UN,the USA and the Queen. The good thing about it is this our problem is becoming your problems and their for it is benifishal for us to work to gether to solve the problem. God help us !

Do you have any firm data to support your statements?
The UN itself needs to be shut down.How in Gods name can you be legitimate & at one point had Omar Gadaffy in charge of “Human Rights” at the UN ? The UN is not one to ask anyone of anything & in my opinion is full of it.
