Onan Bridgewater, chief executive of Bahamas-based Dream Soft Studios, which for the past two years has been working on the "first" Caribbean-developed mobile (cellular) phone application specifically for the region, Lucayan Sky, explained that the company was effectively having to beta test its product outside this nation because the necessary technology was not available here.
