Rick Lowe
In recent months I've been involved with trying to write a brief essay about the history of the Abaco Independence Movement. Thank goodness for some editing help by an expert.
The first part is almost done which concentrates on the history of the secession movement up to the point where the Abaco Independence Movement was formed.
The second part of the essay is most intriguing, at least to me.
Can't wait to get into it.
The Nassau Institute will hopefully be releasing part one in the not too distant future.
Rick, I know you will have researched and finally someone will write the TRUTH regarding the Abaco movement.
Regards,
Jack
Thanks Jack.
Part One is short and what is available from sources like the press, the Internet, some biographies and a personal interview.
Part Two will focus on the grand ideas that the good people of Abaco and the others that were assisting had.
I believe Abaco would be the jewel of the Caribbean today had those ideas been put into effect.
I’ll be starting Part Two in earnest this weekend.
Thanks Jack.
Rick,
I agree with you, Abaco would have been the jewel of the Caribbean had those ideas been put into effect. I still don’t think that it is too late though!!!
This information will help people who want to join in Nassau institute. Nassau is one of the developing places. Lot of information related to Nassau is found in internet.
