I'm presently researching the Abaco Independence Movement (AIM), starting with the proposed secession to it's metamorphosis into an independence movement, to it's ultimate demise.

So far I've interviewed a few people and collected archives from The Tribune and a source that was very involved with the group and have a planned visit to the Department of Archives on Mackey Street.

There are a couple angles that intrigue me, and we might be able to bust a couple myths about some of our history at the same time.
