South Africa holds its fourth post-apartheid election tomorrow (April 22, 2009). Being an important economy within Africa and to other regions of the world, one should have expected the same media frenzy that charaterised previous  elections to be more than ever present, not least because the next FIFA World soccer tournament will be held in South Africa…
