Rick, what is going on in this country? We are losing hundreds of jobs every week and this wutless FNM Government awards a 120 million dollar road building contract to a foreign company when local road builders could very well have done the job. They have already proven they could do the job when they had to step in a finish the job for another foreign company that was awarded a road building contract under Ingraham in 2001. How much of this much needed money is going to leave our country instead of being circulated here. Not only the financial aspect of this contract is a problem, this company also has a bad business record which we have not read about in our press. Again I ask, what in the hell is going on?
