Eric Clapton – Song of the week – June 9, 2008 – Edge of Darkness

The liner notes of Clapton’s 24 Nights, recorded live at the Royal Albert Hall, tell us there was a symbolic presentation of the original key to “Second Tier Box 77”. Apparently the “hall’s” cheif executive said that “We have had many stars at the Albert Hall. Eric is the star.”

Having seen him live, there’s no doubt about that statement in my mind.

Hope you enjoy Edge of Darkness.

Clapton’s great guitar work and The National Philharmonic Orchestra are sure to give you chills.

It’s just great.
