The Caribbean-Central American Action organisation has confirmed that Mr. Hubert Ingraham, Prime Minister of The Bahamas will address their Miami Conference on the CaribbeanBasin on December 3 – 5, 2007 in Miami.
Engaging the American’s, our most important trading partner and neighbour is a good thing, given the fact that the former government under the leadership of Mr. Perry Christie seemed to deliberately attempt to annoy them by bouying up the dictatorial Castro regime among other things.
Now we have to wait and see what Mr. Ingraham says.
