Finally, an Attorney General who will listen.

It would surely be difficult to find anyone who was not outraged and sickened by the report of the six year old girl being assaulted, raped and sodomized and kept overnight in an abandoned car and yet the court was only allowed to impose a six year sentence with the "cat" to be adminstered twice.

Then his lawyer had the audacity to plead to the court for the dismissal of the punishment of the "cat" because that would be considered "inhumane".

If the Attorney General is successful in changing the sentence I sincerely hope that the court can change it to life imprisonment and the offender be castrated. He deserves no less.

Perhaps that could be a start for the courts to send a message, with the help of Parliament, that there will be punishments to fit the horrific crimes that are destroying our country.
