Congratulations to our Government for allowing the two Cuban dentists transit to the USA.

We say two cheers because had we acted promptly, the country would never have been caught in the quandary it was in.

Hopefully our cooperation will cause Secretary Rice to be more amenable to our requests for help with the Haitian and Cuban migration issues when she is here later this month.

We also think this might be a good time to suggest that the US drop the Cuban embargo. Then Castro will have nothing to blame his countries problems on but himself and his policies.
