Visa scandal

by Rick Lowe

The country was treated to the usual political rhetoric over the visa scandal.

Intead of simply stating that the matter will be fully investigated and the offenders, if any, prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and leave it at that, Mr. Mitchell had to state that how these ‘stolen documents’ got into the hands of the FNM is somewhat of a priority.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Public Service should consider what is more important in this instance, a visa scandal that could threaten the nations security or a potential whistleblower.

We believe the visa scandal is more important.

When are we going to investigate wrong for wrongs sake instead of this tit for tat baloney???
