The FNM failed at everything

According to Bradley Roberts, Chairman of the ruling PLP, the former FNM government is to blame for the unfortunate oil leak at the now Rubis (formerly Texaco) station in Marathon.

Yes, Mr. Roberts, with everything that is wrong you blame the former government, and we have come to expect no more from you.

Unfortunately your party is now in charge so the buck stops with you.

During the 2012 election campaign your slick advertising convinced the country your party was the one to make a silk purse out of a pig's ear. And now that you apparently cannot fulfill the pipe dreams you promised, you need to muster a bit more than blaming the former governing party?

The country is awaiting your solutions, not more finger pointing.

All the FNM can do is finger point in Opposition as your party did a few short years ago. You wear the crown now and to the victor goes the spoils one of your former party leaders was wont to tell us.

Now that some of the spoils are bitter pills that does not make your responsibility any less as the government of the day.

So Mr. Roberts, you can continue to try to convince us that the FNM failed at everything or you can you show the way that your party is providing solutions?

Which will it be Mr. Roberts? So far it's only been the former.
