Listening to the news last night (6th. March) I heard about the taxi drivers perceived problems in Freeport, however, that wasn't what caused my ire, but when one of the demonstrating drivers complained that a colleague had been "pulled from his bus" and left on the ground, the complainer then really let the cat out of the bag, she claimed the bus-driver had a heart problem … err … excuse me!!
What sort of regulatory body is giving a licence to carry passengers for hire, to a driver who, apparently, has a known heart condition? This is nothing short of scandalous, putting fare paying passengers, both local and tourist, at serious risk.
